We may suspend or remove accounts, content, or access if you violate these terms.

Firmware Files

Firmware images, files, or guides provided on this Site are for informational/backup/educational use only. You are responsible for verifying that the file is appropriate for your device, complies with local laws, and is used with the device owner's permission. We do not guarantee compatibility, and we are not responsible for damage to devices or loss of data arising from use of downloads. Make backups and proceed at your own risk.

Technical Guides

We will not knowingly publish instructions that are intended to commit criminal acts; where content may have legitimate research/repair uses, such content is published for educational and lawful purposes only. Users must ensure they have proper authorization before applying any technical procedures to devices they do not own.

Our Response Process

At LexzyTechinc, we take copyright claims seriously. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• Evaluate the notice for completeness and validity
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours of receiving a valid notice
• Replace the removed content with a notice stating it was removed due to a DMCA complaint
• Make a good faith effort to contact the content uploader about the removal
• Maintain records of all DMCA notices and our responses

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Users who have had content removed multiple times due to DMCA notices will have their accounts suspended or terminated. This policy helps us maintain a safe and legal environment for all our users.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you are a user who has had content removed and believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will promptly provide a copy to the original copyright claimant and restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the infringement.

Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability for damages under applicable law. We encourage all parties to ensure their claims are legitimate before submitting notices or counter-notices.

We will respond to valid notices and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate. We will follow applicable Nigerian law and international copyright treaties when handling all copyright matters.
