Privacy Policy Updated: September 11, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how LexzyTechinc ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lexzytechinc.com (the "Site") or interact with our services. We may collect information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy is current and meets the requirements of GDPR, UK GDPR, Nigeria's NDPR, as well as those of our advertising partners and any other applicable laws. In situations where laws differ, we apply the stricter standard.

If you are in the EEA/UK and wish to exercise privacy rights, please write "Privacy Request" in the subject line. You can also contact us via our contact page.
If you do not see the CMP modal, ensure the Lexzy Cookie Consent plugin (or another CMP) is active, or use your browser's privacy controls.
What this policy covers
- Visitors to our Site (including pages with ads, analytics, and downloads).
- Newsletter sign-ups, contact inquiries, comments, and support messages.
- Advertising, measurement, and personalization managed by our Consent Management Platform (CMP) and Consent Mode v2.
Information we collect
Data you provide
- Contact details (name, email) when you subscribe or contact us.
- Support information (device model, error logs you share).
- Comments, forum posts, or content submissions.
Data collected automatically
- Log data (IP address, browser, device identifiers).
- Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page).
- Approximate location (country/region inferred from IP) — used only for correct legal routing and content configuration.
Where required (EEA/UK/CH), we collect non-essential data only after you give consent via our cookie banner. We use IP geolocation services such as ip-api.com
with fallback to ipinfo.io
for routing the CMP and legal messages (these services receive your IP address to estimate location).
Cookies and similar technologies
We use first- and third-party cookies, localStorage, and other local identifiers for these purposes:
- Strictly necessary: site security, session management, consent storage.
- Preferences: language, UI preferences.
- Analytics: site usage and performance (run only after consent in EEA/UK).
- Advertising: ad delivery, measurement and personalization (active only with consent where required).
You can change these preferences any time with Open Privacy & Cookie Settings (the CMP) or via your browser privacy controls.
Advertising, partners & Consent Mode
Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google and its partners may set cookies and use identifiers to provide and measure ads, and to show personalized content based on your activity. Google requires publishers to disclose the use of consent and to integrate Consent Mode; we implement Consent Mode v2 and a CMP to communicate consent to Google. See Google's developer guidance for Consent Mode setup for details.
To opt out of personalized ads from Google: visit Google Ads Settings.
Adsterra
We may run campaigns or ad units through Adsterra. Adsterra requires cookie transparency and provides a cookies policy and opt-out mechanisms for users. Our vendor list includes Adsterra where applicable and we provide direct opt-out links where available.
HilltopAds & HB Agency
We may monetize using partners such as HilltopAds and HB Agency. These networks require publishers to disclose ad partners and provide contact & privacy information. If you are directed to an ad partner page, please consult their privacy policy and opt-out links as provided in the vendor table.
Consent Mode & the CMP
For users in the EEA/UK/CH we use a CMP integrated with Consent Mode v2 to communicate choices (signals including ad_storage
, analytics_storage
, ad_user_data
, ad_personalization
). Where you withhold consent, Google and partner services operate in limited mode or do not run personalized features.
Lawful bases and your rights
When you are in the EEA/UK/CH we rely on the lawful bases below for the stated processing:
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, profiling and personalized advertising.
- Legitimate interests — for site security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and essential measurement (balanced against your rights).
- Contract — to fulfill service requests you initiate.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or provide information for law enforcement or regulatory requests.
Your rights
You may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your data. You can withdraw consent at any time (it will not affect prior lawful processing). To exercise a right, contact [email protected].
NDPR / CCPA
Nigerian and California residents have similar rights under NDPR and CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information. Requests will be verified before action.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet legal obligations. Analytics and advertising-related data retention is limited where supported by providers.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other provider-offered transfer mechanisms.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, access controls, and monitoring. No online service is 100% secure; report concerns to [email protected].
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe your child provided data, contact us to remove it.
Copyright, lawful use & downloads
We publish firmware guides and links. We do not knowingly distribute copyrighted materials without authorization. Where downloads are provided, follow copyright and manufacturer terms — unauthorized distribution or instructions to bypass lawful security may violate network policies and laws. Contact [email protected] for takedown requests or concerns.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new effective date and notify users where required.
